Supplement Stack Calculator

Select your stacks โ†’ see both affordable and premium product options for every supplement, with total costs, timing, and overlap warnings.

How This Tool Works

The Supplement Stack Calculator lets you select one or more health stacks (Foundation, Cognitive, Athlete, Sleep, Longevity, Mood, Immunity, or Glow), then instantly calculates two things: your total daily cost using affordable products and your total daily cost using premium products. For each supplement in your combined stack, the tool shows the recommended dose, optimal timing, and specific brand recommendations at both price points. If any supplements appear in multiple stacks (like Magnesium Glycinate in both Foundation and Sleep), the calculator automatically de-duplicates them so you are never double-counting costs or doses. An overlap warning section explains exactly which supplements were consolidated. The daily timing schedule groups your supplements by morning, pre-workout, post-workout, mealtime, any time, and bedtime so you know exactly when to take each one.

Example Scenario

A 35-year-old professional who wants to improve focus during work, support joint health for weekend running, and sleep better at night would select the Cognitive, Athlete, and Sleep stacks. The calculator would return approximately 10 unique supplements after removing overlaps (Creatine appears in both Foundation and Athlete). The affordable route might total around $2.80 per day ($84/month), while the premium route could reach $6.50 per day ($195/month). The timing schedule would show L-Theanine and Caffeine in the morning for focus, Cordyceps and Pre-Workout before training, Protein Powder after, and Magnesium Glycinate plus Apigenin before bed. With this information, you can decide whether to follow the full stack or cherry-pick the supplements that matter most to your goals and budget.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are supplement prices calculated?

Each supplement has two price points based on the cost per serving of a specific, named product. The affordable option is the cheapest effective product we could find that meets clinical dosing requirements and passes third-party testing. The premium option is a higher-end product with better bioavailability, patented ingredient forms, or additional quality certifications. Prices are calculated per day based on the recommended dose.

What happens when the same supplement appears in multiple stacks?

The calculator automatically de-duplicates. If Vitamin D3+K2 appears in Foundation, Immunity, and Glow, it counts once in your total. An overlap warning tells you which supplements were consolidated and which stacks they came from, so you know you are not missing anything.

Are these doses safe to combine?

The supplements and doses in each stack are based on published research and designed to be taken together. However, individual responses vary, and this is not medical advice. If you are taking prescription medications, consult your doctor before starting any supplement regimen. The timing schedule helps space out supplements that benefit from separation (like calcium and iron, though those are not included in these stacks).

Can I mix affordable and premium products?

Absolutely. The two columns are there to show you the price range for each supplement. Many people go premium on the supplements where bioavailability matters most (like fish oil or curcumin) and choose affordable options where the active ingredient is the same regardless of brand (like creatine monohydrate or vitamin C).

Where can I buy these supplements?

Each supplement name in the results table links to our detailed buying guide for that category, which includes direct product links, lab test results, and price-per-serving breakdowns. Most products are available on Amazon, iHerb, or directly from the manufacturer. Our guides are updated quarterly to reflect current pricing and availability.
